Zoe Bunnell is an experienced litigator who represents institutional and individual clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on securities law and the financial services sector. She also has extensive experience advising companies, boards of directors, and corporate executives in criminal and regulatory investigations and related litigations.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Bunnell practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on government and internal investigations, securities class actions and commercial litigation.

  • Representation of international company in developing and executing a cross-border asset recovery strategy against assets and targets located in Europe, the Middle East, and the US., among other jurisdictions to recover over $300 million taken by fraud.
