Our Program Is Evolving
Historically, Kobre & Kim has recruited both Analysts and Litigation Assistants. As our program has grown, so have the skills, responsibilities, and development opportunities available across our early-career roles.
Beginning January 2027, the Analyst and Litigation Assistant programs will come together under a single Analyst progression model, creating a more consistent career path and framework for professional growth. The Analyst I role is now the only entry-level position within the Analyst Program. As Analysts develop their skills and experience, they may advance to Analyst II, Analyst III, Senior Analyst, and Specialist roles. Candidates who may have considered a Litigation Assistant position previously, are encouraged to apply for the Analyst I role.
