Jake Calvert represents multinational corporations, state-owned entities and high-net-worth individuals, primarily in matters involving civil fraud, commercial disputes and government enforcement defense (including in relation to sanctions). He devises and executes strategies for victims of fraud and large-scale misappropriations to pursue claims and recover assets. Mr. Calvert also acts for companies and shareholders in corporate disputes, and in high-profile sports disputes. He has particular experience in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), especially the United Kingdom and Israel.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Calvert practiced at specialist litigation boutique Cooke, Young & Keidan, where he focused on civil fraud and general commercial litigation, and founded the firm’s sports disputes practice.
