Ed Llewelyn-Evans specializes in complex and high-profile commercial disputes and fraud litigation for a range of domestic and international clients.

Mr. Llewelyn-Evans’s work regularly involves the management of civil and criminal proceedings in different global jurisdictions. His experience covers numerous jurisdictions and laws including England, Netherlands, Germany, Nigeria, Hong Kong, the PRC, Japan and key offshore financial jurisdictions (including the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Jersey).

Mr. Llewelyn-Evans’s cases frequently involve significant and sensitive allegations of fraud, conspiracy and other misconduct. He also advises on disputes between parties and government entities and corporate and shareholder disputes in relation to companies incorporated in the United Kingdom and internationally.

As well as representing ultra-high-net-worth individuals, Mr. Llewelyn-Evans has significant cross-sector experience acting for corporate clients in sectors including banking, private equity and oil and gas. He has also represented clients involved in joint investigations by U.S. and UK regulators.

In addition to being admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales, Ed is also admitted as a solicitor in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Territory of the British Virgin Islands.
