Dara Barkhordar is a highly accomplished litigator who focuses on complex, high-value commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. He is dual qualified as a barrister and solicitor.
Mr. Barkhordar has considerable experience acting in disputes involving allegations of serious fraud and misconduct, as well as coordinating asset tracing, recovery and enforcement strategies in multiple jurisdictions. He regularly acts for administrators and receivers and has advised in relation to international sanctions. He also acts in international trusts and estates litigation and corporate governance disputes.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Barkhordar practiced at Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. He was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and completed his pupillage at Twenty Essex chambers.
