Caroline Rivera focuses her practice on representing individual and institutional clients in white-collar defense, antitrust and complex commercial litigation. She has experience defending clients in criminal investigations and charges brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, including for alleged violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Sherman Act. Ms. Rivera also has experience handling matters before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the New York Attorney General.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Rivera practiced at Latham & Watkins.
