Thomas O’Heney, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving insolvency and debtor-creditor disputes.

His recent matters include the representation of a group of secured noteholders as plaintiffs in civil litigation and subsequent bankruptcy proceedings in the New York District Courts.

Mr. O’Heney received his BA from the University of Michigan.
