Raúl Monroig is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Kobre & Kim, where he leads all human resources functions across the firm. In this role, he partners with firm leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and talent strategy, ensuring the firm’s people, governance, and operating model enable partners and lawyers to focus on client work and drive continued success.

Raúl brings more than 20 years of experience enabling business growth and supporting senior professionals in demanding, high performance environments. He has led organizational transformation, operating model evolution, and leadership development initiatives across global, highly regulated organizations, working closely with executive leadership teams to align people strategy with business and financial objectives.

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Raúl held senior HR leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Procter & Gamble, and Kellogg. Across these organizations, he supported complex enterprise change, governance redesign, workforce planning, and large scale integrations across regions and disciplines. He is recognized for building trusted leadership partnerships and for translating strategic priorities into disciplined, executable people strategies grounded in integrity, accountability, and clarity of purpose.
