Joey Gertzman, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving claim monetization & dilution, as well as complex restructuring and insolvency litigation. His recent matters include assisting in the monetization of claims against a global company on behalf of an asset management firm, and representing a global company in arbitration and insolvency proceedings. Mr. Gertzman received his BA from Vanderbilt University.
