Jackie Fallon, under the supervision of the firm's lawyers, provides support on matters involving intellectual property and bankruptcy litigation, as well as pro bono matters. Her recent matters include assisting in the defense of a client’s trade secret under the California Uniform Trade Secret Act (CUTSA).

Ms. Fallon received her BA from the University of Massachusetts.
