Daniel Shlayen is a Product Manager for Special Situations Disputes (SSD) as well as a member of the firm's Conversion team. As Product Manager for SSD, he leads strategy initiatives, focusing on expanding business development related to the firm’s high-stakes commercial litigation capabilities. Mr. Shlayen oversees strategy formulation, product development, and the full lifecycle of business development for the integrated SSD offering. As a member of the Conversion team, his responsibilities include assessing and analyzing new business opportunities globally and coordinating efforts to convert high-value matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Shlayen gained diverse experience through internships at leading law firms and international banks, including Santander and RBC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Law from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
