Brandon Bias represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on high-stakes disputes across both U.S. state and federal courts. He has represented corporations, financial institutions, energy companies, and individuals across a wide range of matters, including shareholder buyouts disputes, securities class actions, bankruptcy proceedings, antitrust investigations, and white-collar criminal cases.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Bias practiced at Susman Godfrey LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
