Benjamin Wertkin represents companies and individuals in high-stakes commercial disputes and investigations. His practice focuses on complex business and shareholder litigation, as well as internal and government-facing investigations.

Mr. Wertkin also has experience with civil and internal investigations, including matters involving potential regulatory exposure, and frequently works with clients and foreign law experts in connection with cross-border issues.
