Ariel N. Reiner represents clients in high-stakes international commercial disputes and complex investigations, with particular experience representing major financial institutions. He has experience in complex commercial litigation, internal investigations and investigations by U.S. regulators and agencies such as FinCEN, OFAC, and the SEC. During law school Mr. Reiner externed for the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Reiner practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell.
