Ms. Aubuchon has experience in complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, internal investigations and investigations by U.S. regulators and agencies such as the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She has experience litigating across various industries, including banking and financial services, energy and development, and renewables.
