
Alison Enis is the Deputy Global Head of People at Kobre & Kim. She leads and directs strategies for the firm’s People Team in talent management, legal and non-legal recruiting and human resource management. She collaborates with senior leadership on shaping strategic initiatives focused on increasing employee performance, improving retention, creating organizational efficiencies and improvements, as well as executing strategies around talent development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Enis served as the Senior Manager of Attorney Development at Ropes & Gray LLP. Previously, she served as the Manager of Professional Development at McKinsey & Company and the Attorney Development Manager at Caldwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. She also worked as a Real Estate Associate at Wolf Block Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP and at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Ms. Enis received her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
