We pride ourselves in creating a working environment that empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer colleagues to bring their whole selves to work. The firm’s network for LGBTQ colleagues and allies, Pride@K&K, is dedicated to fostering this environment throughout all of Kobre & Kim’s global locations. Pride@K&K strives to recruit top LGBTQ talent, provides a platform for colleagues to connect and share experiences, and organizes social and professional development activities. The group also works with the firm’s pro bono team to partner with organizations assisting LGBTQ individuals in need of legal representation.
Women as Leaders
Women hold a significant number of leadership positions across the firm, and we are committed to retaining, advancing and helping women thrive. Our Women’s Leadership Committee oversees efforts to attract and develop a pipeline of successful women at all levels. Across the firm’s U.S. locations, 54% of lawyers in firm leadership are women, minorities and/or identify as LGBTQ, exceeding industry norms of roughly 22%.
The Professional Development and Human Resource Departments partner with lawyers and firm staff to attract and develop female lawyers, analysts and staff.
