Diversity & Inclusion
Kobre & Kim creates and sustains a diverse
and inclusive working environment for its employees.
“Diversity has been a priority at our firm since our founding and has been critical to our success. As geographic arbitrage is a key strategy of the firm, diversity of backgrounds, experiences and expertise naturally follows. Our innovative products and services, as well as our focus on cross-border litigation, both rely on an exchange of ideas among teams with different perspectives and to communicate effectively with clients from a variety of backgrounds. This enriches our ability to deliver the most effective solution for our clients.”
- Michael S. Kim, Founding Partner
A Global Perspective
With a team spanning four continents, our diversity reflects the communities around the globe where we live and work. Diversity of perspective and experience are cornerstones of the firm's success that generate effective, out-of-the-box solutions for our clients.
Our lawyers and staff reflect the diversity of the marketplace. We strive to recruit, retain and promote a cross-cultural, multilingual team and to maintain an inclusive work environment that is respectful of differences. Our hiring practices for minorities and female lawyers consistently surpass the legal industry averages listed in the Vault/MCCA Law Firm Diversity Surveys.
