As Regional Operations Lead, EMEA, Yana Tikhenko oversees operational functions across Kobre & Kim's offices in London, Cyprus, Tel Aviv and Dubai. She drives cross-office collaboration, supports consistency in operational standards across the region, and develops and implements strategic initiatives aligned with the firm's global priorities. In Cyprus, she also contributes to the firm's market development and relationship-building efforts, including engagement with family offices and the private client community.

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Yana managed a single family office, overseeing the administration and management of corporate structures across Cyprus, Dubai free zones, Monaco and France. Her role involved close coordination with lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, banks and other professional service providers across multiple jurisdictions.

Yana is fluent in Russian and Greek.
