Su Mien Tee is a litigator who focuses her practice on cross-border arbitration and commercial litigation matters, including joint venture disputes and enforcement of or defense against arbitral awards and judgments. Ms. Tee has experience in arbitrations conducted under SIAC, ICC and ICSID Rules, representing high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients in multi-million dollar cross-jurisdictional disputes against various entities, including sovereigns and multinational corporations, and in complex litigation matters at all levels in the Singapore courts, including the Singapore International Commercial Court.
Ms. Tee also represents creditors and debtors in complex, multi-jurisdictional bondholder disputes and debt enforcement, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific Region, which often involve suspected fraud and asset dissipation.
