Shae Monette, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving government enforcement defense with a particular focus on those involving futures, swaps and other derivatives.

Her recent matters include the representation of a former precious metals futures trader accused of spoofing, attempted market manipulation, fraud and racketeering, as well as a cryptocurrency startup employee pool in investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Ms. Monette received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
