Rachel Barkin, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving insolvency & debtor-creditor disputes and government enforcement defense. Her recent matters include assisting in the firm’s representation of the provisional joint liquidators for a Bermuda investment company in multiple sets of proceedings regarding preservation and ownership of assets worth US $3.2 billion, including DOJ tax enforcement/forfeiture issues arising from an alleged multi-billion tax fraud scheme.

Ms. Barkin received her BA from Barnard College.
