Michael J. Vail represents clients in corporate and commercial disputes. He has experience litigating corporate and commercial disputes in Delaware's state and federal courts, including actions involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and books and records matters. He has experience across all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, arbitration and trial preparation.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Vail practiced at K&L Gates LLP, where he litigated commercial and corporate disputes in Delaware's state and federal courts. Prior to that, he practiced at Ashby & Geddes P.A., where he litigated a variety of corporate and commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Superior Court.
