Marilena Shupac, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, supports matters involving international judgment enforcement, cross-border disputes, and the representation of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Her recent matters include assisting with cross-border litigation involving a multinational corporation and supporting strategic efforts related to two international arbitration awards, as well as advising on sanctions-related and reputational risk issues for an UHNWI.

Ms. Shupac received her BS from New York University Abu Dhabi.
