She has experience across all stages of litigation in state court, federal court, and arbitration, including trials, appeals, and dispositive motion practice. She has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, including antitrust, insurance, fraud, contract and tort litigation. She also has experience with advising clients on litigation risks.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Cole practiced at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
