Jeremy Toh focuses his practice on high-stakes and complex commercial disputes and restructuring and insolvency matters with a nexus to the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Toh has particular experience dealing with shareholder and joint venture disputes and schemes of arrangement. His experience in this area includes representing institutional clients, government-linked entities and high-net-worth individuals from a myriad of industries before the Singapore courts and in arbitrations under the HKIAC Rules.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Toh practiced in Singapore at Tan Kok Quan Partnership.
