Jack Gigante, under the supervision of the firm's lawyers, provides support on matters involving intellectual property, insolvency, and claim monetization and dilution. His recent matters include assisting in defending claw-back actions brought by a government corporation trustee for an Investment Securities business.

Mr. Gigante received his BA and Master's Degree in Democracy and Governance from Georgetown University.
