Isra Thange, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving special situations disputes, with a particular focus on high-stakes commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions litigation and government enforcement defense.

Her recent matters include assisting with the firm’s representation of a financial technology company with respect to a challenge of its proposed acquisition brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Ms. Thange also supported the firm’s representation of Twitter, Inc., with respect to its high-profile, expedited Delaware litigation against Elon Musk, and has assisted with several matters involving offensive discovery in the context of expedited commercial litigation.

Ms. Thange also provides support to the firm’s government enforcement defense practice, including assisting with firm’s representation of a CEO and founder of an alternative asset management firm in U.S. district court against charges of alleged securities fraud from the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Ms. Thange received her BA from Princeton University.
