Catherine Cheng, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving international judgement enforcement and special situations disputes, with a particular focus on high-stakes commercial disputes.

Her recent matters include assisting with the representation of Occidental Petroleum in defending against claims stemming from a US $550 million arbitration award. Ms. Cheng also assisted in the firm’s representation of Twitter, Inc., with respect to its high-profile, expedited Delaware litigation against Elon Musk.

Ms. Cheng received her BS from Brown University.
