Xiaohang (Bill) Mo focuses his practice on high-stakes complex commercial litigation across various industries. He has significant experience in litigation involving securities fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, as well as contractual and bankruptcy disputes.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Mo practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP’s New York office, where he focused on shareholder litigation.

Mr. Mo received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Duke Law School, where he served as an editor of the Duke Law Journal. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James A. Wynn of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
