Alexandra Koplas, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving government enforcement defense, insolvency, special situations disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Her recent matters include assisting in the defense of a client's U.S. patents, as well as supporting the representation of a cryptocurrency trading firm in its response to an investigation by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation.

Ms. Koplas received her BA from the University of Notre Dame.
