Kobre & Kim Elevates Daniel S. Lee to Partner, Strengthening International Private Client Offering

SEOUL, AUGUST 10, 2022 – Kobre & Kim has elected Daniel S. Lee to partner, effective August 1, 2022. Mr. Lee’s elevation underscores the firm’s continued innovations in cross-border solutions for clients, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals (“UHWNIs”) facing government enforcement, asset forfeiture and reputation challenges in Asia and globally.

Mr. Lee, a former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor, will continue to focus on the firm’s International Private Client (“IPC”) offering out of the Seoul office. Mr. Lee represents institutions and UHNWIs in international investigations and enforcement actions involving allegations of misconduct. 

Kobre & Kim continues to enhance its IPC capabilities to uniquely serve individuals who are facing attacks on their liberty, reputation and assets by governments. In addition to Mr. Lee’s elevation to partner, the firm has added Product Director Victoria Kay who is driving IPC business development in Africa.
