Kobre & Kim has strengthened its multijurisdictional insolvency disputes capabilities in high-value litigation with the addition of senior lateral hire Mark Griffiths in London.
Mr. Griffiths joins the firm’s Bankruptcy & Debtor-Creditor Disputes team, bringing his extensive knowledge of navigating cross-border insolvency disputes, particularly those involving fraud and resulting corporate investigations and asset recovery.
