John Han Speaks With CDR on Patent Overcharging Saga against CPA Global

April 12, 2019

Kobre & Kim’s John Han recently sat down with Commercial Dispute Resolution to discuss the latest court decision in the investigation against CPA Global for alleged overcharging of its patent renewal services.

On March 18th, the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland decided that CPA Global’s former head of sales for North America must submit to a deposition to discuss the aforementioned allegations.
