In response to high demand in London for the services of a conflict-free firm devoted solely to litigation and arbitration, Kobre & Kim has expanded its team with the addition of Jalil Asif KC. Mr. Asif KC, formerly from the highly regarded barristers' set of 4 New Square, Lincoln's Inn, is well-known as an expert in various areas of commercial litigation and serves as a recorder presiding over legal proceedings in the English Courts. Mr. Asif KC is the second English King's Counsel at Kobre & Kim, joining James Corbett KC, formerly of Serle Court and a deputy High Court judge who focuses on international disputes and offshore trusts litigation.
