On March 5, 2026, Kobre & Kim’s Zachary Rosenbaum will speak at the inaugural GRR Live: Contentious Insolvency & Restructuring Europe, hosted by Loyens & Loeff, Amsterdam.
This flagship event convenes leading legal practitioners, insolvency professionals, restructuring advisors, financial institutions, and investors to examine the latest developments and emerging trends in contentious restructuring and insolvency across Europe and beyond.
Zachary will participate in the panel, “Global restructuring trends: macro shifts & strategic responses,” which will take a comparative look at restructuring developments across the UK, U.S., and other international markets. The discussion will explore how macroeconomic pressures and evolving legal frameworks are shaping restructuring strategies worldwide, how global models are being adapted—or resisted—in Europe, and the limitations of applying international practices across European and U.S. contexts. The panel will also address the evolving role of liability management exercises and restructuring plans in cross-border cases, as well as strategic responses to inflation, shifting interest rates, and geopolitical uncertainty.
He will be joined by Ferdinand Hengst of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Manuel Martinez-Fidalgo of Houlihan Lokey, Josine Massop of FTI, and Ilse Van de Mierop of DLA Piper.
