On January 23, William McGovern participated as a mock interviewer in the launch of Fordham Law School’s International, Comparative and Foreign Law Affinity Group and its inaugural mock interview program. The event, organized by the school’s Office of Alumni Relations and Office of International and Non-JD Programs, brought together lawyers and students for professional development and networking, and provided international and graduate students with an opportunity to gain exposure to U.S. styles of interviewing. Mr. McGovern, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission branch chief, works on high-stakes cross-border government enforcement and investigation matters, with a particular emphasis on Asia.
