William McGovern, a former U.S. government lawyer and member of the firm’s Asia Government Enforcement Defense team, will examine the latest regulatory developments’ impact on China investigations at a January 24 Fordham Law School seminar in New York. The panel, titled "Investigation & Litigation in China — eDiscovery Challenges," will address how China’s new cybersecurity law and National Intelligence law may impact investigations and multinational corporations, China’s new anti-corruption body and tips for conducting witness interviews in the region.
