Shaun Z. Wu chaired the opening panel “Strategies for Success: Managing Cross-Border Disputes” at the Asialaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Summit on September 24, 2015.
Joined by speakers from China, Korea, and the U.S., Mr. Wu led a comprehensive discussion and shared his experience in the predispute preparation, the execution of multijurisdictional strategies, and the effective management of cross-border proceedings. The panel also analyzed practical strategies specific to various jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, mainland China, the U.S., the UK, and offshore jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, with a focus on the prospects of recovery and eventual enforcement.
