Shaun Wu, based in Kobre & Kim’s Hong Kong office and a member of the firm’s International Judgment Enforcement & Offshore Asset Recovery Group, presented at the 5th Annual International Arbitration Summit organized by Wolters Kluwer Hong Kong.
Mr. Wu explored topics including the conception of strategy for outbound arbitration and asset recovery in the post-award stage. He also discussed the key factors that lead to successful enforcement, particularly the choice of arbitration center and pre-arbitration considerations, including identifying assets.
