English barrister and U.S. lawyer Robin Rathmell discussed the availability and scope of freezing orders in foreign proceedings against defendants and third parties in England and Wales and in offshore jurisdictions. The panel, “Freezing Injunctions: Around the World in 30 Minutes,” took place at the Serle Court International Trusts and Commercial Litigation Conference in New York on November 14.
