Kobre & Kim’s Robin Rathmell will join a panel discussion on defending trusts against cross-border asset forfeiture at STEP Israel’s Annual Conference on June 19 in Tel Aviv. The panel, entitled “The Use of Trusts in Special Circumstances,” will explore the common issues facing trustees in civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Rathmell, who regularly advises on reputation management and crisis communication in these types of cases, will focus on the role of the trustee in safeguarding and defending the interest of a trust.
