Kobre & Kim’s Richard Clarke will speak at the 2026 ThoughtLeaders4 Sovereign & States Disputes and Enforcement Summit, taking place on February 5-6 in London.
Richard will join the “The Enforcement of Awards against States before the English Courts” panel on February 5, where he will share insights from his experience litigating disputes involving states in the High Court, Court of Appeal, and UK Supreme Court.
