The panel, titled “Overcoming the Hurdles to a Successful Global Restructuring,” will examine the tools available in the offshore world, the U.S. and Latin America to facilitate global restructurings by reference to case studies. Ms. Hume will also lead the discussion on whether any changes that have been or are about to be implemented will make a difference to successfully restructuring global business.
