Rebecca Hume Joins London International Disputes Week Virtual Panel on Evolving Cross-Border Insolvency Landscape

May 7, 2021

The cross-border insolvency landscape had been evolving dramatically, even before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the London International Disputes Week, Kobre & Kim’s Rebecca Hume, who is the Chair of RISA Cayman, a chapter of INSOL International, will share her insights into these dynamics in a virtual panel discussion on May 10, 5:30 pm London time.

Grant Thornton and South Square, which wrote the survey exploring changes in international insolvency, are hosting the panel on “Shifting Sands – International Jurisdictions in Insolvency Proceedings.” Ms. Hume will be joined by Richard Fisher QC of South Square, Mike Saville of Grant Thornton, Tatiana Markel of Baker Hostetler and David Jones of Carey Olsen to explore the survey results and the evolving restructuring and insolvency profession.
