On November 18, Kobre & Kim’s Rebecca Hume will co-chair the 5th annual RISA and South Square joint conference in Grand Cayman. This half-day conference will cover key issues and developments in restructuring and cross-border insolvency, including panels on shareholder disputes, provisional liquidations and economic torts. A leading Cayman-based insolvency litigator, Ms. Hume will be presenting opening and closing remarks with fellow co-chair Felicity Toube QC of South Square.
