Kobre & Kim’s Miranda Ching will be speaking at a panel focused on how white-collar enforcement intersects with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues hosted by the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) Thought Leadership Committee. The panel, taking place on September 25 in London, is open to all WWCDA members and their female guests.
The event will examine recent trends in criminal and regulatory enforcement in ESG, as well as exploring the unique challenges presented by greenwashing claims.
Ms. Ching will be joined by moderator Sophie Wood of Kingsley Napley LLP, Maria Cronin of Peters & Peters and Katharina Humphrey of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
