Michael Rosen on How Auto Startups Can Defend and Enforce their IP from Tech Giants

November 18, 2020

The automobile industry is constantly innovating, with any of the startups today having the potential to become the next Tesla. Kobre & Kim’s Michael Rosen, who focuses on intellectual property disputes linked to Israel, moderated a virtual panel on trends in human-machine interfaces and ways startups can protect their innovations from industry giants on November 18, 2020.

The panel, part of the “Digital In-Car Experience” conference hosted by Axis Innovation, featured speakers representing major players in the automobile industry. In his remarks, Mr. Rosen pointed out that with countless startups from Israel to Europe and the U.S. trying to become the next Tesla, it is important for them to “enforce their rights against some of the biggest giants in the industry” all across the world to ensure they do succeed.
