Michael Kim will address procedural fairness and its impact on competition authorities June 15 at the IBA Mid-Year Competition Conference in Seoul.
The panel titled “Enforcement Procedure” will tackle global perspectives and challenges that may arise relating to procedural fairness, including legal privilege, appropriate information-sharing, and assuring the ability to be represented by counsel.
