Co-founder and former federal prosecutor Michael Kim will lead a discussion on multi-jurisdictional enforcement challenges that arise when defending criminal conviction and asset confiscation at the September 15 National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers White Collar Seminar in Washington DC.
The session, titled “Global Warming: International White Collar Representations,” will examine a hypothetical case study on international regulatory prosecution in Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands and the UK. Panelists will focus on recent developments in law enforcement activities and key considerations for managing sensitive and controversial issues across jurisdictions.
